HB25-1297 Threatens the Core of Colorado’s Individual Market Stability The Health Insurance Affordability Enterprise (HIAE) was created to make coverage more affordable through strategic investments in subsidies, reinsurance, and targeted enrollment programs. Oppose HB25-1151: Protect Colorado’s Balanced and Consumer-protective Out-of-Network Statute
